Blake Young #79, at age 20, entered his 5th AMA season in 2008, switching to M4 EMGO Suzuki in the process.  He immediately stomped his way onto the AMA podium for the first time at the Daytona season opener.  He then took his first AMA victory at Road America and had the gumption to win again during the Corona Finale at Laguna.
